Does insurance cover sessions at LRCG?
LRCG therapists are Registered Social Workers (RSW), and sessions are typically eligible for reimbursement under extended health benefit plans that cover social work or psychotherapy services — check your specific plan for coverage details. Social work services are also HST-exempt in Ontario, and receipts are provided for insurance claims.
What is LRCG's cancellation policy?
LRCG requires 24 hours' notice to change or cancel an appointment; sessions cancelled with less notice are charged the full session fee. Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late are considered a missed session, and recurring lateness beyond 15 minutes may also be marked missed.

Exchanges are facilitated by Registered Social Workers in neutral community locations, with objective documentation available for court or legal purposes.
Who is Bridgeway Access Services for?
Bridgeway Access Services supports families dealing with court-ordered supervised access, high-conflict custody arrangements, temporary supervision requirements, gradual reintegration parenting plans, child protection or safety concerns, and other structured parenting time transitions. Referrals can come from parents, lawyers, or the court system.
Is Bridgeway Access Services available virtually or only in person?
Bridgeway Access Services is an in-person, community-based service — supervised exchanges and check-ins take place at neutral locations around Whitby and the Durham Region. It is not offered virtually, and is currently available to families in the Durham Region/Greater Toronto Area rather than Alberta.

Note that in-person services and Bridgeway Access Services remain limited to the Whitby/Durham Region area.
Is online therapy with an Ontario-registered therapist valid for Alberta clients?
