Our primary service is professionally facilitated supervised custody exchanges conducted in neutral community locations. These structured transitions are overseen by Registered Social Workers, ensuring a calm, child-focused process. Supervised exchanges are ideal for families who:

Have court-ordered supervised access
Are navigating high-conflict co-parenting situations
Require documented custody transfers
Need structured and neutral parenting transitions
Are in the process of rebuilding trust or stabilizing arrangements

Each exchange is conducted with professionalism, neutrality, and discretion. Objective, factual documentation is available when required for legal proceedings, lawyers, or court review.

Bridgeway Access Services offers structured mid-visit check-ins during community parenting time. A Registered Social Worker attends at a scheduled point during the visit to provide:

Accountability and reassurance
Confirmation that visit conditions are being followed
Support for court-ordered guidelines
Professional documentation when required

Mid-visit check-ins allow families to maintain meaningful parent-child time in natural community settings while ensuring an added layer of structured oversight.
